1. GENERAL INFORMATION
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
2. DELIVERY TIME
All orders are shipped within 48 hours after the first business day the order was received Monday – Friday Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on weekends. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
3. SHIPPING COSTS
As of June 6, 2019, Shipping is FREE for USA Customers and Distributors. No Minimum Order required!
USA Customers –
FREE Ground Shipping ! Priority or Express is extra
Standard shipping is charged a flat rate of $25.00 (allow up to three weeks)
Expedited shipping is charged a flat rate of $50.00 (allow 7-10 days)
Free Ground Shipping ! Priority or Express is extra.
Sales tax may be charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.

5. ORDER TRACKING
Tracking information is provided by our warehouse. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
6. BACK ORDERS
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
7. DAMAGED ITEMS/SHORTAGES
In the unlikely event there is any damage to the products or shortages, please detail your problem thoroughly by contacting us immediately quoting your order number at 615-333-0662 or via email at cs@TomorrowsLeaf.com If your claim is not made within seven days of delivery, you have deemed to accept the order as is.
