We have enhanced our return policy as follows for new orders commencing Jan, 4, 2019. For orders previous to that date, the old Refund Policy effective at that time will apply. This policy is for Customers that are not Tomorrow’s Leaf® consultants (aka Distributors)
We want every customer to be fully satisfied Tomorrow’s Leaf® products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your first purchase, you may return the unused portion of the product for a full refund or exchange or credit of the purchase price (less shipping charges) as follows:
Skincare Products – within 60 days from the date of the first order
Lip Products / Makeup – within 30 days from date of the first order
Essential Oils and oil blend products – within 30 days of the first order
Nutritional Supplements – within 30 days of the first order
1. Complete the Return Authorization Form and email to Returns@TomorrowsLeaf.com
2. We will return form to you with an RMA #
3. Send products by (USPS, FedEx, DHL, UPS) at your expense and provide us with a tracking number
4. Return Authorization form must be included in package and the RMA number written on outside of the box
5.Send to: Tomorrow’s Leaf, c/o Cimetra Warehouse, 6050 Dana Way, #300, Antioch, TN, 37013
6. Packages that are returned without an RMA number will delay processing significantly
-We can only accept refunds if you purchased the product(s) via a Tomorrow’s Leaf® website.
-If the products were purchased directly from a Tomorrow’s Leaf® consultant in a private transaction, please contact him or her directly for a refund.
-Items that are returned outside of the Tomorrow’s Leaf® return policy will be discarded and no refund will be issued.
-Once the products are received by our warehouse, a refund (or exchange or credit, if requested) will be issued within 10-15 business days and an e-mail notification will be sent.
Our Consultant Satisfaction Guarantee
Returns are only accepted for unused products in a resalable condition and must be not be within 6 months of expiry. If a multi sku package(s) , all items from said package must be returned, no partial refunds are accepted unless an arrangement is made with the company to the contrary. Statutory requirements will apply for refunds however.
